Terms of Service

By placing an order with us you agree to these terms.

Our Products All bread is freshly baked and made to order. Products may vary slightly in size, weight and appearance as they are handmade.

Orders & Payment Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund at our discretion.

Delivery We deliver every second Friday. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order. We are not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery.

Refunds & Returns As a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours at hello@sourdoughbakery.com.au and we will assess the issue.

Allergies Our products are made in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs and other allergens. It is your responsibility to check ingredients before ordering. We are not liable for any allergic reactions.

Changes to Orders Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please choose carefully.

Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website.

Changes to These Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the current terms.
