Refund & Returns Policy

All our sourdough bread is freshly baked and made to order. As a perishable food product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please choose your order carefully before placing it.

Damaged or incorrect orders If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@sourdoughbakery.com.au and we will make it right.

Delivery We deliver every second Friday. Orders must be placed before [INSERT CUTOFF DAY/TIME] to be included in the next delivery run.
